Practice, or lack thereof


As far as yoga practice is concerned, it’s been a rather down week for me. I’ve been working hard at work and home, and so in the mornings when I’d normally get up and do a little practice, I’d rather sleep in. I’m under about 3 weeks of moderate sleep deprivation as well.

Still, when I do practice, even if it is just a headstand for 3 minutes or a couple of sun salutations, I can feel the difference.
