Question about Hep B vaccines


I’m looking to hear both sides on this:

p{border:thin dotted blue}. Is there any reason to vaccinate a child against Hepatitis B in the first 12 hours of life when there is no risk of mother-child transmission? (_I.e. mother is Hep-B free_)
